Christiana is not scared of commitment.In fact it is her job to drive engagement through social media, increasing client interaction with brands through authentic content. Her innate ability to engage and encourage people towards a cause, explains being multiple times elected as Class Representative and President of the Cypriot Society at UCL London, where she studied Mechanical Engineering all the way to a MEng.Engineering seemed the obvious choice for such a curious mind but it ended up being so much more than that: fast forward to her first job, she realised that Engineering was actually the ideal background to practice Marketing, as it gave the latter the linearity, data driven basis and robust foundation necessary, to build efficient strategies on. This engineering approach to Marketing and Sales landed her exciting such positions in the Finance, Fashion and Leisure industries in London, Athens and Nicosia, earning her a professional reputation for data proven efficiency. She has pursued an MBA at ALBA Graduate Business School. Restless as ever, her aim is to contribute in the emergence of a new work environment where employees’ value will be objectively assessed and rewarded, minimizing the clutter created by impressions.
