I have several roles with this company. I am responsible for product design, software development, analysis, and client support. Our team applies the SCRUM framework for company projects. I have provided IT support for domestic and international clients as well as various government agencies such as the DOD, USACE, and the NTSB.I joined RHS as a member of the support team with a technical background in software and engineering. I act as a liaison between clients and developers while helping the company enhance its software capabilities. We provide the necessary GIS tools and resources for our clients to overcome their specific challenges.Successfully increased our user base by several fold and expanded the company into new fields with new product lines.

I manufactured and packaged this company's main product line for clients. I used common woodworking techniques during my time here. I assisted staff on projects so that target dates would be met. Prepared shipments to be sent out and maintained a safe and clean work area. Kept team members motivated and focused.I made such a great impression with Xylem that after meeting the inventory goal I received a call back about 2 months later requesting that I come back to help with restocking their product line.

I was originally a volunteer for the Energy Lab but later became an intern. I provided general assistance for the researchers in the lab. This would range from expanding the building's electrical capabilities, assembling support platforms, to maintaining a gasifier.While working here I gained the type of experience expected in an industrial science research lab setting such as: MGAW, Gas bottle safety, SolidWorks, engine maintenance, and infrastructure electrical wiring.

I supported over 2,500 students and faculty while working here. Provided courteous, friendly, and informative services at the front desk. Maintained multiple computer labs that would be available for students and faculty. After being promoted, I managed a team of at least 6 student workers. I would delegate tasks, assign projects, and report daily activities.I published training and reference guides for new and current staff members. These documents significantly reduced training time and improved our staff's support actions with students and faculty.

I recorded live lectures for students learning abroad and uploaded the recordings to a main web hosting service. Our team coordinated with faculty members and students to provide the highest quality learning experience for the distance learning audience. I would set up the audio and video equipment before lessons.I received many complements from students on the lectures that I recorded. This was an excellent and enjoyable experience in the field of videography.

I coordinated with instructors and reduced turnaround time for student course work. I provided detailed corrections to student assignments to help improve comprehension and understanding.
