Associate, Natural Capital Business And Sustainable Business
CurrentServes as an Associate for the Natural Capital Business (NCB) whose purpose is to extend Palladium's role as a firm sitting at the intersection of private sector and public sector development initiatives. NCB's work supports sustainability efforts in the private sector by helping foreign companies building relationships with and developing projects benefitting the local communities they work and invest in. NCB also provides executive training and strategy consulting to private sector clients looking to solidify a long-term vision. The Washington office's clients come from a variety of sectors investing in Africa and Latin America ranging from agriculture to mining to transportation. As an Associate supports current project operations, project and opportunity research, workshop development, team external communications efforts, and more.From September 2023 - August 2024, served part-time as a language inclusivity analyst of the corporate Sustainable Business (SB) team in order to promote multilingual resources and engagement across Palladium's Americas Regional Business Partnership as well as support other internal sustainability efforts ranging from providing support a workshops to event planning to involvement in DC-area diversity initiatives among international development contractors to corporate volunteer opportunities. Since August 2024, has transitioned into the Americas Regional Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Lead.Temporarily served proposal coordinator for a live USAID bid in Central America.
