• Ensure that all programs, activities and communication tools support CORE’s mission, vision, values and image• Participates in development of department strategic plan, goals, objectives and strategic priorities• Develop and implement marketing programs, educational programs, special projects/events, publications and communication efforts to positively predispose the public to CORE’s mission to result growth in awareness, designation and consent rates• Liaison to 31 counties in western Pennsylvania and provide support or guidance when needed for department efforts in West Virginia• Implement national, state and organizational campaigns to increase organ and tissue donation awareness and brand recognition for the Donate Life brand• Foster relationships with public relations/marketing departments and select clinical personnel at key hospitals to create a culture of donation by creating campaigns and outreach plans to reach hospital staff and community• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to be an effective and efficient asset, assist in reaching departmental goals and service CORE’s territory, while upholding CORE’s mission, vision and values• Design, develop and distribute monthly newsletter • Work with CORE’s advertising agency to provide direction, develop creative, oversee publications to ensure CORE’s brand is evident • Social Media lead to oversee development, strategy and creative in collaboration with agency• In-house publication and video creation for campaigns, social media, special projects and events to compliment agency materials• Seated on the Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness Committee of Pennsylvania, partnering with secondary education institutions in order to educate students on organ and tissue donation to make an informed decision and ultimately communicate the decision with their family members
