Reduced the need for IT and HTM staff intervention and reduced sleep study operational costs by 97% by sponsoring a cloud-based disposable sleep study device for national implementation. Streamlined the software approval process, security process for clinical staff, and migration of 300+ individual sites into a single, national database. Established Clinical Change Control Board responsible for development of sleep and pulmonary clinical information system.
