Built Chartered Program reducing write offs related to Medicare Advanced Beneficiary Notification (ABN). Analyzed data to determine root cause of write offs. Established repeatable process to launch Projects, Incidents, Enhancements, Training and Education, or Epic enhancements to reduce $22 million in annual write offs.Created a vendor management program that streamlined over 100 Revenue Cycle vendors which included Request for Proposals, vendor implementation, program management reviews, and offboarding vendors. Worked with Division Chairs to implement vendor management activities and build consistent practices across each Revenue Cycle department.PB Zero Balance project implementation of a vendor to capture revenue on zero balance accounts. Managed RFP process with Supply Chain and business owner, facilitated operational meetings as well as the integration of data sharing on an accelerated timeline.Outpatient Dialysis Charge Capture project improved user interface reducing clicks by three times. Streamlined workflow and automated charge capture in Epic reducing administrative burden on practice and revenue staff.Prior Authorization Work Queue project streamlined over 25 work queues across a newly, decentralized staff model. Managed 75+ contracted resources of a $20M portfolio of projects within 2 programs. Lead Agile teams in the development and national release of products. Responsible for end-to-end process from business/product sponsor vision, budgeting, contracting, security and technical integrations at local and national level, process design, and agile product development. Developed strategy and led national implementation of cloud-based (SaaS) information systems integrated with VA EHR (VistA and Cerner), and 15+ vendors. Achieved full integration and implementation of a SaaS product and clinical efficiencies to reduce $250M annual spending on sleep therapy devices. Oversight of FedRAMP authorization and collaborated with federal agencies to resolve program and technical risks during lifecycle projects. Negotiated with FDA-approved DME vendors to alter product software according to VA needs. Reduced the need for IT and HTM staff intervention and reduced sleep study operational costs by 97% by sponsoring a cloud-based disposable sleep study device for national implementation. Streamlined the software approval process, security process for clinical staff, and migration of 300+ individual sites into a single, national database. Established Clinical Change Control Board responsible for development of sleep and pulmonary clinical information system. Leveraged JIRA as a project management tool and collaboration using dashboards.Led product development partnering with the National Program Director (NPD) of Pathology and Labs to build a genetic test results mobile application. It included a backend Knowledge Management System to support providers in their research and sharing of educational materials for their patients. Led the data consolidation of 25+ labs to create a database of 3M records accessible across all VA sites, Research Scientists, Pharmacogenetics, Oncologists, Genetic Counselors, Physicians, and patients.

Owned P&L Innovation Program Office budget, including travel, supplies, and training for 23 staff. Managed general human resources activities, recruitment, drafting position descriptions, interview facilitation, new employee onboarding, and annual performance package management. Wrote annual program accomplishments tied to strategic plan for senior executives.Developed annual strategic plan and staff goals for the department, reporting results directly to senior leadership.
