Joined the on-call rotation after two months and completed five on-call rotations. Closed 56 Priority 2 tickets, 168 incident tickets, and 97 tasks in total. Assisted with Priority 1 cases and rapid responses. Worked with plant and technical teams to ensure follow up meetings were coordinated, and a permanent solution was set in place to avoid repeat incidents.Upgraded Diesel’s legacy intranet to SharePoint to align with the new company standard. Met with each department to help them build their pages with all links critical to production. Developed a communication plan with weekly emails, safety meeting presentations, salary and hourly communication presentations, and lunch and learn presentations for content owners.Collected technical requirements for a new application and worked with application developer to design it. The new application replaced a fully manual process and saved 25 hours of work a month.Worked with business division resource to design a system that collected applications and version numbers for each facility.
