Primary Responsibilities:• Support manufacturing operations through process development, process improvement of procedures and manufacturing standards.• Mitigate risk by overhauling and updating company manufacturing standards, specifications and procedures for audit preparation.• Develop innovative solutions via AutoCAD and SolidWorks for complex business issues resulting in a safer work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:• Manage up to 100 seasonal employees on an assembly line.• Collaborate with Amazon Start-Up Teams nationwide to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.• Build shipping and receiving lines for peak efficiency.• Specialize in Quality Control to ensure quality services.• Work with Amazon Robotics to create multiple floors of running robotics.• Effectively manage a team to meet the needs of Amazon Fulfillment Centers.Other responsibilities include:• Inspect work being performed on the project to ensure quality is being achieved, while also managing construction scheduling on a tight timeline. • Regularly review contract documents (plans, specifications, shop drawings, testing requirements, manufacturer’s installation instruction, as-built requirements, close-out requirements, etc.) with team members and subcontractors and to ensure they are being followed. • Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
