I have worked in various Manufacturing, Quality, Design, Engineering and Project Management roles for over 20 years in industries ranging from machine design to consumer products, to medical devices. I am experienced leading projects from concept, through development and production to implementation. I have initiated, developed and maintained multiple complex process control programs in addition to my design and engineering roles. My true strengths come in the form of ambition, adaptivity and problem solving. I apply those skills to every facet of my career and my life. I immerse myself in every aspect of product development and I am continually learning and evolving. As a corporate employee, I bring an entrepreneurial spirit and approach to everything I do. I'm self-aware and confident, but team oriented. Continuous improvement and self-improvement are paramount in my mantra and is at the core of what drives me.
