I am an economist and MBA. I have 25+ years of international experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets and International Finance: designing/managing investment portfolios; advising companies, governments and investors (debt restructuring, commodities trading & hedging, investment mgmt, financial risk mgmt, etc.); structuring public and private debt; and financing of investment projects and COMEX (Latam, EU and Africa).Currently, my focus is on providing advice to boutique investment banking firms, family offices, broker-dealers, governments, investment funds, hedge funds, and corporate law firms, in relation to: Global Macro Strategy, debt restructuring, alternative Investments, etc. All this, prioritizing regions such as Latam, Africa, the Middle East...to identify valuables opportunities, optimize the selection/design of investment vehicles and maximize the value of portfolios for the benefit of investors and shareholders.I want to generate a transcendent impact on society, providing: expert knowledge, international networking, strong negotiation and closing skills, management of VUCA environments and proven leadership of international teams.
