Managing enrollment and data collection for therapeutic oncology clinical trials (federal, industry, and investigator-sponsored trials); includes maintaining research compliance and developing standard operating procedures.

Collected and analyzed audiovisual data captured from infants' first-person perspective. Programmed scripts for data processing, analysis, and visualization. Developed and maintained lab documentation. Recruited families to participate in studies. Co-supervised a team of up to 20 research assistants. Contributed to written publications and conference presentations.

Developed and conducted an independent research project investigating influences on the timecourse of multi-word utterance planning in adult native English speakers. Responsibilities included creating stimuli, scheduling and running participants, coding and analyzing behavioral data, and presenting findings. I received the Undergraduate Research Scholar Award for this work, presented by the UW-Madison Department of Psychology.Additional responsibilities included contributing to the development and execution of behavioral experiments investigating language planning and production, participating in weekly lab meetings.In this position I gained experience with the following software: MS Excel, R, Praat, Photoshop, E-Prime.

Contributed to an investigation of factors thought to sustain monogamy in California field mice. Independently conducted experimental trials involving: 1. recording and identifying ultrasonic vocalizations using custom software, and 2. identifying and coding the duration of target behaviors during live social interactions. Additional responsibilities included provision of basic care for approximately 50 mice, and basic data analysis in MS Excel.
