Collaborate and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan which balances current client relationships and development of new clientele through regular communication, cold calls, establishing professional relationships, and building leads. Create detailed pricing proposals and marketing materials for clients, inquiries, and RFP's using Canva Pro. Manage projects of different scales including financial reports, progress toward sales goals, and new policy creation/ implementation. Strategically develop partnerships that align with the mission and vision of The Maxwell Center. Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to engage new business and build relationships.

Academic advisor responsible for developing academic plans for new and current students within the Tillman School of Business (nontraditional) programs. Provide students with schedule and course guidance toward degree completion/ graduation. Responsible for regular advising sessions with students to go over academic plans/ degree evaluation in hopes to increase student retention rates and to meet graduation goals. Financial Aid counselor, presenting students with federal and state level grant and loan options. Responsible for helping students with application process, completion of supporting documents, and financial aid packaging.

Network and recruit nontraditional students by attending local events, traveling surrounding counties, visiting local community colleges and informing potential students about university degree programs and the one night a week format. Design and develop marketing packages for local businesses, partnerships, events, community colleges, etc. Participate in committees and organizations such as Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Wayne County, North Carolina Adult Education to promote the Evening College initiative.

Guide students through admissions requirements and enrollment process. Represent knowledge of all program information, recruit students at local events, and visit businesses and applicable locations within the seven counties served by the Evening College.

Assist students with the admissions process including: application submission in multiple forums (online, paper, etc.), transcript information, placement testing, multiple measures placement, and appropriate field of study for intended goals. Distance Education Committee member with the purpose of fostering growth of online programs, marketing the curriculum to non-traditional and traditional students with a goal of better meeting the needs of students. Served as Student Services representation for Wayne Community College online program structure, changes, and implementation.
