• Oversees administration of the innovating Detroit’s Robotics Agile Workforce (iDRAW) in-school dual enrollment program through the College of Engineering & Science.• Assists in administration of Science and Engineering Equity Development (SEED) scholarship program and wraparound services.

• Created and sustained partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and individual volunteers. Partnerships included creating and facilitating programming and events for girls in grades K-12, GSSEM participation in large-scale community events, and piloting new grant-funded initiatives.• Created new, and overhauled existing training for girls and volunteers on a variety of program/award topics.• Worked with data analyst to create and implement more effective surveys and program evaluation tools.• Created and facilitated new programming solo and with program partners, including virtual extended badge series, a 2-month app development workshop for high school girls, and more. • Oversaw GSSEM’s FIRST robotics program for girls in grades K-8, including founding GSSEM’s first all-Girl Scout FIRST Tech Challenge team in 2017. Managed volunteer coaches and hosted the annual GSSEM FIRST Robotics Expo for all teams. Reached an all-time council high of 92 teams in the 2018-2019 season.• Initiated GSSEM’s involvement in large-scale local STEM events, including the Detroit Maker Faire in 2018 and 2019 (winning Maker of Merit each year), and the FIRST World Championship in 2018 and 2019.• Partnered with grantors at Ford, GM, NASA, DTE, Comcast, PNC, ABB, and other local and national STEM-focused organizations and businesses to bring innovative programming to girls in Southeastern Michigan. These projects included automotive design, engineering, and manufacturing workshops, space science-focused trips and workshop series, general STEM-focused patch programs, engineering and coding extended badge series (Journeys), and more.• Worked with the Girl Empowerment Program (GEP) to provide programming to girls at low-income, at-risk schools in Detroit, River Rouge, Flint, Port Huron, and Pontiac. Programs included single-day robotics, coding, and career exploration workshops, extended engineering and coding series and day camps, summer school programs with Detroit Public Schools Community District, FIRST robotics coaching, overnight trips to STEM-focused sites, and more.

• Converted interested adult and girl leads into members and volunteers by offering phone and email support. Assisted in developing new processes for recruiting adult volunteers in GSSEM’s newly-introduced custom Salesforce system.• Developed a series of reports and processes to detect and fix data errors and system bugs, working with national council partners to test and onboard new processes across several councils nationwide.• Developed and facilitated customer service training for GSSEM staff.• Developed financial literacy materials and program for middle-high school girls as part of the cookie program.

• Updated Girl Scout troop information and maintained data integrity through multiple calling campaigns.• Compiled a knowledge bank of 1,300+ entries for staff reference to ensure accurate and relevant responses to member inquiries.• Assisted with material organization and day-to-day operations during Camp Moxie, a five-day leadership camp for high school girls.
