Advised the Corps’ tactical officers on all criminal and adverse administrative matters involving the over 4,000-strong Corps of Cadets. Advised the staff and faculty of the United States Military Academy Preparatory School (USMAPS) on similar matters. Reviewed all Cadet and Cadet Candidate separation actions, drafted and reviewed referral documents for misconduct hearings, provided written pre-referral advice on honor investigative hearing and prepared final action documents for the Superintendent, United States Military Academy. Served as Trial Counsel for courts-martial and Article 32 investigations. Continued service as Special Assistant United States Attorney.
