I am a certified personal trainer in Adelaide, Australia. I also work as a fulltime firefighter with the South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service. I am very fortunate to have two professions that compliment each other so wonderfully. Firefighting has made me a better trainer and my knowledge as a trainer has made me a better firefighter.My personal training background is in powerlifting, competing at a national level and hardstyle kettlebells.I have developed my training career through training general members of the population and disengaged young people. Allowing myself to grow an understanding on how strong bodies can help us become more efficient and well rounded individuals. I get excited about helping others work towards their strength and conditioning goals. When someone puts their physical development in your hands its about teaching as well as guiding them towards their destination.
