Thank you for visiting my profile!I hold an Honour's Specialization in Kinesiology and Sports Management from Western University. During my time as a student, I gained hands-on experience with various organizations, including the Coaching Association of Canada and the Western Rowing Team. After completing my studies at Western, I further developed my expertise through roles at Medpoint, Totum Lifescience, and currently at TOP Sports. These experiences have allowed me to translate classroom knowledge into real-world applications, deepening my passion for the sports industry and fueling my curiosity about enhancing the sporting experience in Canada.I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, where I also served as a teaching assistant for two years. Although my research focuses on the intersectionality between economics, politics, and health inequality to examine sustainability in the context of Sport Mega-Events (such as the FIFA World Cup and Olympic Games), this work has been invaluable in developing my critical thinking skills. These skills have indirectly helped me conceptualize my future career aspiration of becoming an expert in merging the Long-Term Development (LTD) model with training modalities for different demographics, refining my approach to sports coaching, and redefining how youth sports training is approached in Canada. These insights have significantly influenced the concept behind DestinPro Academy, an organization dedicated to promoting longevity in sports and physical activity for youth. Through DestinPro Academy, I aim to inspire young athletes to stay active and engaged, helping them build a foundation for lifelong wellness!
