Host weekly team meetings that work on but not limited to: team building, communication, cohesiveness, breathing, being present, taking a mindful approach to sport. I meet bi weekly with each member of the team providing individualized session based on the athletes needs. Provided 8 sessions with an individual who had only picked up the game 2 years prior. Our work together assisted the golfer in recognizing the emotions needed to perform with less stress and anxiety. The bulk of the work was done around Hannin Individual Zone of Optimal functioning. Golfer was able to lower score from 100+ to consistently scoring in the mid 90's.

Provided 3 team sessions at the end of the fall season centered around focus and mental toughness. I continued working with three of the athletes individually. Two pitchers and one power hitter. We worked on focus, meditation, goal setting, emotional regulation, as well as writing creating an alter ego and a letter to their sport.
