Train the Mind® is an online mental performance training gym focused on students and athletes. Training is delivered by world-class sport psychologists and mental performance professionals currently working with pro athletes and teams in the NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, PGA, and Olympics.
By partnering with pro-athlete mental skills trainers and NBA player, Aaron Gordon, we are working to break the stigma around mental health by providing kids the same tools pro-athletes use. Students and athletes learn to improve focus, handle stress, get into the "zone" and develop a positive mindset.
