I support them with leadership development, vision and goal setting, annual business planning, marketing and sales strategies, cash flow management, people management and solving complex business problems. 2) PODCASTING Sujatha Rao and I host the WorkWise Pod -a podcast about making our workplaces fair, empathetic and fulfilling. Every month, we speak to inspiring leaders who have crafted inspiring workplaces and have tackled complex modern day work concerns. From 2008-2013, I worked at Arghyam Foundation, where I was worked on the use of technology, data and social media for social impact. From 2015-2019, I worked at Akvo Foundation, where I continued my work on water, ecology, agriculture and tech for social impact. Sujatha Rao and I have created an Social Impact Focused Organisation and Leadership development programme called 'Leading from the Field'. I live in Bangalore, and support clients across the world.
