I founded Edge Leadership Academy to change the way leadership is approached. In other words, my team and I are creating room-tilters. The leaders that people gravitate toward and want to follow. Before Edge, I was a Division 1 College Strength Coach and spent a decade building mindset, leadership, and culture at the highest levels of athletics. During that time, I earned a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology, and I’m currently a PhD candidate in Psychology.I’m a firm believer that theory is great, but execution is what makes impact.
