Everyone calls me Coach Kitch, and I’m on a mission to prove that leaders are built, not born by arming as many people as possible with the skills to lead and win in boardrooms, locker rooms, classrooms, and life. I founded Edge Leadership Academy to change the way leadership is approached. In other words, my team and I are creating room-tilters. The leaders that people gravitate toward and want to follow. Before Edge, I was a Division 1 College Strength Coach and spent a decade building mindset, leadership, and culture at the highest levels of athletics. During that time, I earned a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology, and I’m currently a PhD candidate in Psychology.I’m a firm believer that theory is great, but execution is what makes impact. So, how do we do things differently at Edge? We believe leadership is simple. It comes down to being someone worth following, going somewhere worth going, for a reason that matters. We challenge our clients to engage in the leadership process through workshops, keynotes, coaching, and full-scale leadership development programs.We make sure nobody leaves without being able to answer the 3 magic questions to execution.1) What did I just learn? aka What? 2) Why does it matter? aka So What?3) How will I use it today? aka Now What?When I’m not consulting with clients, I’m also a 3x author including a best-seller, an award-winning speaker, the host of a Top 10% globally ranked podcast, and a mindset/performance coach to high-performers.
