• Coordinated all desk operation procedures on a day-to-day basis to increase the efficiency of the front desk• Trained and supervised 30 student employees to promote a culture of friendliness and excellent customer service• Executed the hiring process for new employees and handle disciplinary situations to maintain superior student staffing throughout the school year to keep all residents safe and secure in the residence hall
