Mr. Williams was the Administrator of the law firm and was Ms. Real’s personal Litigation Support Specialist from 2000-2003. Mr. Williams was responsible for the overall management of the law firm, including billing, collections, recruitment and training of all personnel. Developed and implemented the firms first comprehensive case management program.

Mr. Williams was responsible for all aspects of the regional operation of this wholesale mortgage banker. Mr. Williams had loan approval authority to $400,000 and supervised the production of over $100 million dollars in residential mortgage backed security instruments during his tenure with the company.
