Coach Jim has been a triathlete for over 20 years, a coach since 2018, and a coach with Playtri since 2019.As a triathlete he has qualified for both the Ironman 70.3 and Ironman World Championships as well as regularly achieving numerous age group wins and podium finishes. As an endurance coach he has worked with athletes as diverse as teenagers to 70-year olds, stay-at-home parents to ICU doctors. Coach Jim has a proven track record of helping his athletes reach their goals. He is also available for bike fits, performance testing, camps, small group sessions, and one-on-one sessions.
