Came into this company at a seasonal associate level, with managerial experience, moved up to full time assistant manager and within 7 months opened a new location as a Manager in a different city. Came back to El Paso to continue my growth with the company. On top of running a location, I over see 2 stores in the area, assist with district trainings, and have run district social media accounts. Every couple of weeks we are challenged to change our visuals in store on top of the daily marketing edits to make our new merchandise fit. The company has grown and changed a lot the past two years which has shown my ability to adapt and be flexible.
