After my pro football career was cut short with an injury, I found myself thrown right into entrepreneurship in my family's car dealership business. It was a crash course, and at first, it was a whirlwind. I gradually gained my footing and grew our sales by 35% and later as a Finance manager, but I felt like something was missing. I yearned to help people and teams achieve at their highest level. I left to pursue my passion of teaching and coaching in my previous world - football. I spent 26 years as a teacher and coach and have held the position of Head Football Coach for the last 21 of those years. During the last 11 years, I have led my teams to 4 state championships and helped groom 150 athletes to play college football and at the highest level. Once I was back, I realized I had to combine my two passions -coaching and business - I started a business teaching high school and college coaching staffs to be more efficient and successful. My EOS Traction journey started over a decade ago, when I started utilizing its teachings as a coach and coaching up other leadership teams. I found as a teacher and football coach I was able to get every leadership team I worked with to get on the same page and achieve beyond their previous capacities. After reaching the highest levels of success in football, I once again combined my passions - business, EOS, and coaching - and became a full time Professional EOS implementer. I help leadership teams perform the same way I helped my leaders perform on and off the football field for all those years.
