Involves coordinating with fellow staff, team members, and companies that partner with the UofL rugby program. Setting daily, weekly, and yearly goals that as a team we can meet. Every week a gameplan is set out for coaches to execute, and we must work with 20+ students to get them on the right path in order to succeed on and off the field. Tasks also include creating a database of high school students from around the country that are interested in joining the University of Louisville. Then making sure to email and call these students to keep track of their admissions process. Helping these students plan a schedule that best fits their class needs, as well as part time job needs, takes careful planning and open lines of communication.
