Detail oriented staff leadership to ensure smooth operations of intercollegiate contests. I hire, train, staff, and lead a team of college student workers to oversee operations of all home intercollegiate contests within an athletics department representing 17 intercollegiate programs. Strong ability to learn and adapt to the needs of all athletics programs and contests. Strong problem solving skills to overcome adversity in high pressure situations. I am also responsible for budgeting, managing payroll, employee evaluations, and disciplinary interactions for my staff.

Founded in 1861, Vassar College is a highly selective, residential, coeducational liberal arts college. Capital City Challenge is a recruiting camp for high school boys. Our staff includes coaches from several of the top NCAA Division I, II, and III schools in the country. Our 2011 camp will be held at Avon Old Farms School from Wednesday June 29 thru Friday July 1. Online registration will be available very soon.
