He has worked with leaders at some of the world’s largest multinationals, as well as public sector organizations and educational institutions. He has helped team members at all levels of organizations develop the skills they need to lead and collaborate for better business results.Mark’s past experience helps him connect with a wide variety clients. He is particularly adept at stretching clients to innovate successful strategies that get tangible results. Originally from the U.K., Mark has lived in Tokyo for thirty years. He holds an honor’s degree in Valuations and Estate Management and is certified as an ICF Coach.
