Motivational Speaker in Life, also known as the Motivational Philosopher, as well as a Personal Trainer by trade at American Family fitness. I grew up a in a military family, moved from state to state, and attended 3 different High Schools in Louisiana, South Korea, and Virginia. I played 5 years of DIAA football at the College of William and Mary and Graduated with Bachelors in Economics. As a Speaker and Trainer I believe that quality of life is the most important thing we have. I strive to spread great physical health, proper nutrition, peace of mind, constant self development and personal growth. As a trainer I specialize in functional and athletic training, because I know the greatest ability we have as human beings, besides thinking, is motion. I am a Powerful Thinking expert and speak to create powerful minds that will think with a purpose. I know that Powerful Thinking is what creates success, and a successful person is proud of who they are, and that sense of pride is a feeling a fulfillment.
