In 2017 I moved back to my hometown of Westfield, New Jersey. I wanted to live life in a way that brought me joy and passion ; I dove head first into coaching. First on a local level, coaching cross country & track and field at my alma mate, eventually I launched an online coaching service and was coaching endurance athletes all over the world. By 2018 I had my first brick and mortar concept, The Garage Gym. What started a semi-private training model turned into a 24/7 members only facility that felt like a home away from home. A place for people to connect with like minded individuals and better themselves, using fitness as a catalyst.In 2019 we launched Alpha Fit Club ; a boutique group fitness concept which features a strength and conditioning circuit style class. Our goal was to create an environment that fostered a sense of community, highlighted by a workout that made you feel empowered and confident. After powering through the pandemic, we now find ourselves with over a dozen locations across the state of New Jersey; some corporately run and many others run by our fantastic franchise partners. Our goal is simple but not easy; to become a national brand and create the world's strongest fitness community.
