Directed Equestrian, Volleyball, Men's Golf while heavily assisting with Football and Acrobatics and Tumbling. Responsible for maintaining equipment, inventory, repairs, and recommendations for repairs and equipment needed.Provide supervision, guidance and proper training to student-athletes using all aspects of sports performance.

Develop and implement strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs for Women's Volleyball, Men's Soccer, Spirit Squad, Softball, Freshman Football, all JV programs and assist with Football, Baseball, and Men's Basketball. Set up the schedule for strength and conditioning workouts for each sports team and maintain up-to-date records for each team's strength program. Work with the Head Coaches to discuss and develop strength and conditioning programs for each specific sport. Responsible for maintaining equipment, inventory, repairs, and update the Head Strength Coach on recommendations for repairs and equipment needed. Creating, maintaining, regulating and updating all social media accounts related to the S&C Department. Provide supervision, guidance and proper training to student-athletes using all aspects of sports performance.

Assist full time strength and conditioning staff with implementing strength, speed, agility and conditioning programs for Football, Volleyball and Men's Soccer. Created the first accredited strength and conditioning intern position and program. Created and maintained Central Methodist's first fitness based student organization, CMU FitCLub.

Assist full time athletic performance staff in conducting and administering summer strength and conditioning programs for Univeristy of Missouri athletes. Focus of efforts is on training program for 2013 SEC East champion football team. Work under the direction of Assitant Athletic Director for Athletic Performance Dr. Pat Ivey and other full time members of the Athletic Performance staff.Implemented and maintained position specific speed, and agility drills for QB, RB, and WR. Assist with implementing strength, agility, speed, and conditioning programs for Women's Volleyball, Swim and Dive and Track and Field- Throws.Responsible for set up and break down of all speed, agility, conditioning and testing sessions for Football. Inventory and organization of all equipment used during these times.
