I’m effective with a variety of digital productivity tools (JIRA, Salesforce to name a couple), including CRM software, to stay organized, on schedule and optimize the management of the support and development team. In addition to my role as Customer Support Manager, I also work daily as a support rep, perform QA testing when needed, make key decisions on product enhancements/additions, and manage the schedules of our 7 person development team.
