Every day, I work to embody this principle, encouraging others to reach their full potential as people, students, and athletes.As the Offensive Line Coach for IMG Academy’s National Team, I mentor some of the nation’s top high school athletes, preparing them for college football and beyond. My coaching emphasizes both athletic excellence and personal character, ensuring that my players grow as leaders.I also bring a unique perspective from my two years at ICE Mortgage Technology, where I transitioned to the Tech industry as a Senior Consultant. In this role, I developed critical project management and client relations skills, coordinated data migrations, and led initiatives within a global team. This experience broadened my expertise and strengthened my capacity to lead in diverse environments, adding a valuable dimension to my leadership development.Before joining IMG Academy, I served as a Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Offensive Line coach, and Recruiting Coordinator for top 25 programs.
