My coaching emphasizes both athletic excellence and personal character, ensuring that my players grow as leaders.I also bring a unique perspective from my two years at ICE Mortgage Technology, where I transitioned to the Tech industry as a Senior Consultant. In this role, I developed critical project management and client relations skills, coordinated data migrations, and led initiatives within a global team. This experience broadened my expertise and strengthened my capacity to lead in diverse environments, adding a valuable dimension to my leadership development.Before joining IMG Academy, I served as a Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Offensive Line coach, and Recruiting Coordinator for top 25 programs.
