As a highly motivated and passionate professional with 8 years’ experience running my own manufacturing company, I thrive on the dynamic combination of relationship building and strategic decision-making. Primarily working within product development domains, I have experience developing innovative work processes, ISO/regulatory compliance and business development. I have specialised in optimising manufacturing processes and driving operational efficiencies while establishing effective project management, quality control, and stakeholder communication skills. Previously, I created and grew a small manufacturing firm within the vaping industry, serving both B2B client filling & bottling requirements and fully servicing the B2C consumer industry via our e-commerce platform. This was made possible by developing processes utilising fillers, cappers and labellers all maintained within an ISO class 7 cleanroom. To maintain our high standards of work in our facility and to ensure continuity I developed our QMS, maintenance and operational procedures, I would analyse a multi-channel stream to strategize maintenance operations, upgrades, product research & development. With successful market analysis, I would research, produce and sell a portfolio of products with over 45 unique formulations which each had to be successfully submitted to the MHRA for approval for sale.I am now looking to further my experience and develop my next role in an exciting new project within the engineering sector, with my primary focus being on developing practical skills in a challenging environment where I can get hands-on with a difficult learning curve.
