Provide Payroll/HR functional support for UNCPN 37+ physician practices including corporate accounting and HR departments. Process payroll and GL outputs for all UNCPN physicians, exempt and non exempt employee population, conduct pre and post audits to ensure payroll and SAS70 compliance. Collaborate with HR executives to create and deploy policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and standardization. Provide on boarding support through facilitating on site training and HRIS system testing for practice implementation.

Understand the business requirements and develop the means to configure the respective solutions to support on boarding client requirements.
