Oversight of Sprint Wireless@Work stores. To manage, train, and audit all of our service and non-service and repair locations. The sole purpose of this job is to track patterns and set a standard for stores attending to our customer needs.

As an Assistant Manager my responsibilities include, but are not limited to;-Primarily assisting the Store Manager.Assist customers with any inquiries directly regarding: Selling service. Technically assisting issues with devices. Billing questions and/or payments. Explaination in detail of our phones and plans.-Managing the sales floor: Assisting with store technology (PC's, Printers, Internet Connectivity (Modem/WiFi), Cellphone, mobile broadband, and tablet repair). Assisting employees when necessary.-Organizational skills including: Filing paperwork/contracts. Assisting employees with self-built methods that prove to work, through my many trial and error phases, effortlessly and efficiently.-Learning skills include: Weekly report that shows a change in either; store make-up, price of service plan/device changes. Learn quickly and on the fly, as the volume in the store rarely slows or stops. Educating myself with how to treat each individual I meet, and how they need to be treated with a level of respect and knowledge to understand what I explain to them.-Personal skills include: Empathy when necessary. Appropriate conversations. Discussing customers needs with wisdom to seek an appropriate response of recognition. Ability to change personality with every customer, to recognize everyone has their own level of understanding.-Technical skills include: Assisting the service and repair manager when there is an overflow of repairable mobile products in our e-ticket queue. Assisting the store with PC connectivity issues (internet/printer (spooler)). Recognizing eventual faults and arising to the occasion before systems fail (point of sales system software).-Recognition skills: Availability to every employee for assistance when required or called upon. Assisting situations before they get out of hand. Making sure the customer are told correct information. Down time flexibility (when available) to clean up the store and document necessary paperwork.

As a Technical Consultant my responsibilities include, but are not limited to;-Primarily to assist Sprint customers with issues regarding their mobile devices.-Harvest workable parts from phones or the purchasing of parts from an authorized Sprint part distribution center to repair customer devices.-Keeping up to date with the most recent training modules including new or updated methods and procedures in regards to service and repair.-When a customer describes their device issue, to properly translate what needs done versus what was said.-Setting customer expectations of a diagnosis.-Explain efficiently when a replacement will be ordered, if necessary, and notifying the customer of its arrival.-Immediate need to adjust persona per customer.-Daily filing of paperwork that contains detailed customer data in an organized fashion for audit purposes.-Returning of defective devices in a timely manner to the refurbishing department.-Properly explain and sell device protection including Total Equipment Protection(TEP) and device accessory protection.-To obtain trust by speaking with confidence and meeting customers needs before diagnosing their device.-To effectively demonstrate the use of customer devices and prevention methods to avoid commonly known issues.-The managerial responsibility of maintaining employee morale.-Keep up with fast paced environment.-Capture every service opportunity to achieve expected goals.-Conference calling with other service locations on a weekly basis to talk about metrics reporting and similar device issues.-Properly train and educate Junior Technicians on effective technician roles/responsibilities.-Motivate staff members to keep up morale.-Read and adjust, if necessary, our employees time cards.-Keeping the stores technology (PC's, printers, etc.) up to date and working.-To sell and promote Sprint products as well as the safety and security of what is offered from our store.-Represent Sprint.
