My Field Service Engineer journey started in Windhoek, Namibia. 10 years and thousands of kilometers travelled it soon became more than just an occupation. Genmed, the foundation laying and constructive pillar of what would be a passion cultivated by a hands on approach was ultimately the greatest stepping stone and cornerstone of the knowledge and experience I’ve gained in the medical device and equipment dynamic. (2012 - 2016)Being equipped with all necessary tools, the almost 4 years spent at Genmed prepared me for the next step which was The Scientifc Group. (2016 - 2022)I had to learn to deal with numerous issues and attending to a number of laboratories with a wide range instrument install base within a time managed framework over the width and length of Namibia - as the only FSE in Namibia.Later on I did the same in the Eastern Cape, South AfricaThe Scientific Group taught me how to work independently but never alone.Installing, maintaining and repairing what I consider a life altering/saving tool in what is known as medical and laboratory analyzers, I am part of something that makes a difference in someone else’s life.I have 10 years experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer. This is my talent, my way of making a difference, my passion.I can and will help make a difference to someone’s life.My experience in the laboratory analyser and instrument field is my greatest asset. I have the training, discipline and fortitude to help and always assist where and when it’s needed.So…! How can I help?It’s thanks to Genmed and The Scientific Group for building something in me which I never knew I had.For being the foundation.For helping me be the better part of myself by helping laboratories, help doctors, help patients, through the installation, maintenance and sometimes repair of medical instruments and analyzers.My extensive experience and expertise in the medical device and analyzers ranges from Autoclaves, Centrifuges, Chemistry, Hematology, Histology, Flow cytometry, Hemostasis, Bloodgas and Blood grouping. Also Dental delivery units, suction and compression, Pans w/without Ceph and intra oral x-ray installation.It’s been a difficult year. A stay on your knees and pray year. And now it’s time to rise again.I’m trained, willing, able and ready to go!This is my passion, talent and work that I love.Humbled father, brother, friend and Field Service Engineer.
