Providing effective solutions was the main objective followed by standardizing systems and processes so that these could match Global Standards. ● Coordinated Latin America ICFS (International Customer Financing System) Releases, doing interlock between users and IBM Global Services (IGS), managing and prioritizing change request lists, development of solutions and designing documents, test cases and test plans for both System Unit Tests and User Acceptance Tests (using UVATS), managing resources and keeping everything in track for a successful implementation; post implementation support delivering manuals and education sessions for users and support teams.
