• Integrated Nokia and Symbian teams and methodologies including the implementation of pilot Agile processes. Consistently delivered projects on time and within budget.
• Devised and implemented initial phase of debugging software project which expedited debugging process making the full life cycle more efficient. Rolled out to Nokia Software Developers.
• Responsible for management of a portfolio of projects involving stakeholder communication, risk management and planning.

• Project Managed a portfolio of 4 projects including coordination of 40 engineers consistently delivering on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Devised and implemented change management program significantly increasing productivity by rolling out tools enabling faster development.
• Managed methodology migration from Waterfall to Agile including piloting use of Agile (Enterprise and Scrum) within Symbian with 40 engineers in multinational locations working on extensive project portfolio.

Initially worked on the integration of 3rd party hardware into GE’s system and the optimization of Computer Tomographic imaging software in GE’s UK base. I later moved to the USA to work in GE’s “New Products Division” to further develop their Nuclear Tomography system.
