Current【End-to-End Recruitment】■ Managing the entire recruitment process, including job briefing, talent sourcing, interview assessment discussion, salary negotiation, and onboarding.■ Supporting multiple departments, including: o Operations Quality (QA QMS, QA Operations, QA Complaint, Regulatory Affairs) o Information Technology (IT Infrastructure, IT Services) o Communications & Marketing 【Enhancing Candidate Interview Experience】■ Matching candidates with suitable positions based on their professional background and interests, informing them of the differences between SHL and the market during the interview stages to reduce misalignment. Focus is on ensuring the right role matches the right candidate.■ Proactively following up with candidates after each interview stage to gather feedback and effectively communicate with hiring managers to achieve a win-win outcome.【Process Optimization】■ Developing SOPs and creating operational presentations for daily Talent Acquisition processes.■ Updating SHL Medical's interview records and collaborating with hiring managers and relevant colleagues to incorporate suggestions into new interview record forms.【Diverse Development】■ 2023 Year-end Party Planning Team: Coordinating with an 8-person team and a PR firm to plan a Year-end party for 5000 attendees, also responsible for talent performances and bridging communication between the PR firm and employees.■ 2023 HR Team Building Lead: Organizing activities for 40 participants, including budgeting, cost control, and applications.
