• Ensure high standard of BAU operating daily and supports investment services – Perform operational assessment for Investment team’s Investment Proposal Delegation, deliver BAU enhancement project to on board new investment instruments.• Manage daily oversight of custodian services, ensure quality assurance of outputs being key liaison and responsible for queries with internal trading and Investment management teams, external managers and service provides in relation to operational process.• Support the Head of Investment Services for relationship management for custodian's operational services • Monitor service requests and issues, provide updates to Investment team stakeholders and senior management• Take the lead in coordinating and evaluating all Annual compliance response from the Funds investment managers including GS007 reports.• Monitoring of SLAs and KPIs. Documenting and agreeing SLAs and KPIs for new managed services• Relationship management for investment operational activities with core 3rd party service providers (E.g. Clearing brokers/ pricing vendors/custodian), provide operational support to the Investment Teams to ensure operational issues are well understood.• Provide comprehensive support to the day-to-day operational activities associated with the new and existing alternative Asset deals.

Secondment to the project team as a BA to assist delivery and on-boarding of new OTC instruments

• performing analysis, design, ensure all of the key trade economies, valuation and operational requirements are in place in a timely fashion to support the implementation of the testing for the assigned project;• Thorough analysis and testing; assessed and identified potential issues through testing to ensure the project is completed without any unnecessary delay• Established consistent communications with the project team, counterparties and relevant stakeholders to maintain momentum and progress.• Master consistent documentation approach with regards to each project cycle, prepared proper procedures and hold training sessions to relevant stakeholders to ensure proper hangover upon project delivery

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records.• Reconcile balance sheet and general ledger, maintaining account expense and prepare invoice for the expense.• Preparation, review and distribution of year-end and interim financial statements to unit holders.• Prepare and lodged tax return and BAS payment for the funds• Ensuring compliance with controls and procedures for the firm range of investment products.• Assisting with the year-end audit process and preparation of statutory accounts, income distributions as well as annual fund and investor taxation reports;• Regular liaison with investors and other stakeholders, including external auditors, compliance officers, and custodians.

• Prepare financial reports for superannuation, retail/wholesale and fixed interest fund.• Investment reporting, daily position, cash flow and statistical performance analysis.• Responsible for statutory record keeping and distributions of the funds investment.• Calculating and accounting for internal investment management and administration fees and accounting for the funds investment expenses.• Supervising the day to day activity of the fund accounting team. • Identify and liaise with relevant stakeholders for outstanding items, common errors and other issues affecting the general ledger and propose appropriate solutions.
