Tech Business Manager for HSBC Technology Service (China) Co. LTD.

• Oversee all direct and indirect costs, as well as the recharges to the businesses. Ensure IT P&L are on the right track. • Financial budget Planning: Governance the direct cost budget, manage the budget increase driven by headwinds, boundary transfer budget change throughout the year and budget reduction by IT saving target.• Monitor actual spend and deep dive analysis on the gap, offer suggestion & solutions to IT Exco team to mitigate the gap.• Ensure HSBC Technology saving and transformation target are all met. Follow Technology top down guideline, drive business managers and work closely with IT stake holders to achieve the saving target. Including Run the Bank cost, 3rd party vender cost saving, software capitalization, sustainable saves etc.• Technology process Transformation: Transform and optimize management processes especially in Risk IT and Compliance IT, improve efficiency and effectiveness at delivering on the group's strategy.• Act as Subject matter expert of group internal planning, forecasting and actual spend systems and provide guidance to all the Business manager / Project Managers.• Accrual and Pass Through cost billing: Build high quality of foundation for accrual MI Data. Check and endorse the accrual submission monthly.

• Financial Management daily operation - Management Direct Costs for Anti Money Laundry IT(AML IT) to ensure a consistent approach of managing operational and financial aspects for IT. Base on COO and Financial lead’s instruction to support AML IT Global Head to ensure AML IT’s direct cost is on tract. • Facilitate AOP Financial Planning – Work closely with PMO lead of AML IT to support technical product manager for the accurate and timely financial plans / forecasts in AOP and throughout the year. Monitor headcount and departmental actual spending to ensure actual progress aligns with targets. • Technology People & Location Strategy: Assist IT COO and AML IT global head in develop and execute the global and location strategy. • Own the end to end process of realignment for the department to ensure the headcount, cost centers, projects, and direct cost boundary transfer are all in place. and Get-the-basics-right exercises.• Headcount and Vendor Management – According to HC cap and resourcing policy, liaison with PM’s demand and support follow up action for approval process. Coordinate with the PM on contractor management items such as billing issue, contract renewals.• Monitor the HK Direct Costs: Across Compliance IT, manage and submit HK Monthly accruals and pass thought charges.• ASP regional support: Provide dedicated support to the Regional ASP Compliance IT Head. Support may include governance, communications, people engagement, diversity, risk, leading transformation program.

• Financial management support: Support the Senior business manager on Annual Operating Planning and periodic forecasting of resources, projects, hardware and software.• Resource Management: Ensuring a smooth workflow for hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding of perm and non-perm resources and clear any blockers.• Vendor ManagementWork with PMs for vendor / supplier management, incl. SoW renewal, billing settlement, on-boarding/de-boarding.• Internal Process centralization and optimization: Work with global central team and act as a focal contact point in China to drive process centralization and optimization.• Ac hot Senior Management support: Support the China Department Head in all kinds of MI report, meeting arrangement and activities excution.
