Evaluating market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Implementing & developing sales strategies to ensure maximum hotel exposure and sales productivity.Creating lucrative sales targets and networks business relations to corporate clients including ACCOR strategic & key accounts, airlines, DMC / PCO, MyCEB & KLCC Marketing Alliance.Capability of overseeing day to day sales & marketing efforts of 10 sales associates (1 Director of Sales Government, 1 Director of Sales Japanese Accounts, 2 Assistant Director of Sales, 3 Assistant Sales Manager & 3 Sales Executives), with specific responsibilities for directing sales direction, training, and implementing action plans set forth in the Annual Sales & Marketing Plan.

Direct & Leading the Proactive sales team in all segment – Corporate, Government & Leisure, reporting directly to Group Director of Sales & Marketing.Implementing sales strategies & marketing initiative and practicing in all sales & marketing activities to ensure maximum hotel exposure and sales productivity. Besides, supervising within the limits of complying to hotel policies and procedures.Capability of overseeing day to day sales & marketing efforts of 8 Proactive sales associates (2 Assistant Director of Sales – Corporate, 1 Assistant Director of Sales - Government, 2 Business Development Managers, 1 Assistant Business Development Manager & 2 Sales Executives), with specific responsibilities for directing sales direction, training, and implementing sales & marketing initiatives, action plans set forth in the Annual Sales & Marketing Plan.

Direct & Leading the corporate sales team, in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing’s supervision, implementing sales strategies & practicing in all sales activities to ensure maximum hotel exposure and sales productivity.Capability of overseeing day to day sales efforts in room sales division, with specific responsibilities and implementing action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan & tactical / initiative required from quarter to quarter based on performance.
