Responsible for Container filed

Work as Product Manager in Microsoft.Managing Azure Kubernetes Cluster (AKS) product. Focus on Security area and other cross areas like networking, node.

Technical part:1. Focus on the break-fix about container solutions on Azure including Azure Kubernetes Service,Azure Container Registry and Azure Container Instance for Azure Rapid Response & UnifiedPerformance customers.2. Focus on the advisory cases including design & implementation of infrastructure architecture with Azure resources and microservices architecture within Kubernetes cluster3. Handle escalations from the team regarding the complex issues4. Manage the team as one of the regional leaders. Be responsible for queue monitoring/caseassignment/handover with other regions.5. Lead the weekly technical sharing and new feature readiness to have the team be wellprepared for the new features.Project part:1.Deliver several soft skill sessions to other teams, which helps other engineers handle critical cases and angry customers better.2.Participate in organizing global trainings: Global Aspire community, new product training, new hire readiness, etc.3.Join and host several site activities, such as annual party, MS poll.4.Be responsible for hosting all team activities and team buildings.Other parts:Deliver good performance of work and get customers obsession.
