• Provided integral data support within the Tessitura database, including donor record upkeep, list pulls, and Analytical reporting, with a focus on pristine data integrity.• Entered gifts, pledges, pledge payments, write-offs, and adjustments into database.• Worked with Membership team with involving of pledges and managing monthly charges for members.• Assisted with donor communications including acknowledgements, invoices, membership renewals, etc.• Assisted with the training efforts for an organization-wide adoption if data standards and best practices.• Provided additional support to Membership, Individual Giving teams, and the department.

• Organized receipts for reimbursement, filed and managed the AP files, AR files, and Batch Donation files. • Prepared volunteer reimbursements receipts and processed payments in Financial Edge and Raiser’s Edge.• Supported the Finance Manger to send reimbursement checks and activate Wish Child credit cards.• Created In-kind Invoices batches and donation batches to Raiser’s Edge.• Coded Wish Card expense and vendors’ invoices to Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge.• Conducted account analysis of the general ledger and assist with yearend audit.

• Coordinated and established financial modeling to forecast the price and future strategic planning. • Drafted and prepared Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow of quarterly performance. • Evaluated three-year PINGAN Private Bank performances and compared figures with local competitions.

• Organized and planned 8th Anniversary Grand Welfare Auction Campaign of Chinese Red Cross, with a result of 2000 people attended, including local government and social celebrities, and $1.5 Million fund raised.• Fundraised over $150,000 for Sunshine Youth program and Severe Illness Aids program, and solved health and education problems for 2000 children in Chinese remote villages. • Created the volunteer organizational division structure and managed 56 volunteers on the Campaign day. • Prepared and established 3 Letters of Proposal and 8 Letters of Inquiry for potential donors, and got 2 large prospects and 5 medium prospects’ interests into Planned Giving Programs.
