Develop educational curriculum programs for sonar equipped surface combatants.Establish course content and objectives.Develop, update, and maintain criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.Update course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.Participate in special projects as required.

Problem Resolution Responsible for development and support of command system operating procedures for the SQQ-89 A(v)-15 for integration with Battle Force Tactical Trainer, Aegis Computer Trainer System and Additive sonar integration with Trainer Control Workstation (TCW) Responsible for clearing four system casualty reports on USS Stockdale while serving on board, and assisted other ships in clearing system casualty reports.Leadership Served as Workcenter Supervisor for Combat Acoustics from August 2010 to January 2012. Managed and assisted 16 maintenance qualified persons with over 8,000 corrective and preventive maintenance checks.Technical Training Actively mentored, trained and supervised junior personnel to improve their system knowledge and general professional skills.Maintenance/Repair Repaired numerous server hardware issues that resulted in fast system recovery and cost efficiency. Localized many electrical fault issues. Conducted over 4,000 corrective and preventive maintenance checks on the SQQ-89 A(v)-15 system alone to insure top equipment performance and efficiency.; Implemented command policies, technical procedures and standards for preserving the integrity and operation of the Sonar system on board USSStockdale DDG-106.
