Bachendorf’s is a family owned company that has been serving Dallas, Texas for over 30 years. As an assistant to one of the owners, I serve as the liaison between clients and vendors throughout all steps of the purchasing process, including obtaining information on product availability, pricing, placing orders, order inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery. I work closely with customers to maintain the company’s relationship in a market of high turnover, and seek new clients in order to develop new relationships for the company. Bachendorf’s donates fine jewelry, watches and other giftware items to many different reputable charities. We reach out to the community through business development events in Dallas and in other premiere locations that cater to our high-end customer and feature our brand and/or other specific vendors.

As the receptionist for Bachendorf’s, I served as the first impression upon entering the company’s showroom. I answered and directed all company phone calls, maintained a steady flow of traffic of customers, and assisted the sales room employee’s with their day to day tasks.
