Build and maintain detailed SharePoint/VMT site to facilitate communication for 30 core IPT participants and ensures readily available information for senior management. Coordinate with Item Managers/Supply Planner, Engineers, and Equipment Specialists to develop plans for the acquisition of spares using appropriated and non-appropriated funds to address customer needs. Manage funding necessary to secure required parts supporting depot level repair activities. Analyze over 100 items to determine current asset posture, available spares, Bills of Material (BOM), and DLA supportability requirements to support Interim Operational Capability (IOC) for comprehensive ICBM Programed Depot Maintenance (PDM) program. Managed the 414 SCMS Ground Mechanical PDM team to supply budget code 8 24” and 36” Blast Valves. Evaluate workloads to identify Management of Items Subject to Repair (MISTR) and work with Production Management Specialists/Supply Planner to ensure identified items transferred to programmed workloads. Work with contracting and manage the Purchase Request (PR) process from requirement identification to assets delivery to address supply chain deficiencies. Established and executed multiple 5 year IDIQ contracts to purchase critical Blast Valve components allowing 9 additional assets back in to the supply chain.
