Charles is the Strategy Management Groups Global Partner and A Non-Executive Director at Bank of Baroda. He is a BSI/George Washington University Certified Balanced Scorecard Master Professional and a Senior Consultant at the Balanced Scorecard Institute; in Cary, North Carolina USA. He is also a Non-Executive Board member at the Bank of Baroda Uganda. He has facilitated Balanced Scorecard training and development at The Federal Ministry of Health Ethiopia, St Paul’s Millennium Medical College Hospital Ethiopia, Ammanuel Hospital Ethiopia, Africa Leprosy Tuberculosis and Rehabilitation Centre, and Addis Ababa Regional Health Bureau where he worked on a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation/Ministerial Leadership Initiative for Global Health project. He is an Alumnus of Makerere University – Kampala (Uganda), The School of Management Sciences (Uganda Management Institute), Public Administration International (UK), and Maastricht School of Management (The Netherlands).
