In this position my key role was a local point of contact for the igus bearing and linear guide division for Alabama, Mississippi, W. Tennessee, and the Florida Panhandle. I maintained and cultivated customer’s project by identifying potential ways our products could benefit their applications. This was done by utilizing a team of specialist, personal product knowledge and meeting with clients virtually and in person.

The core responsibility of the position was to coordinate and lead engineering projects pertaining to the development and manufacturing of industrial kitchen equipment. This is would typically involve one-on-one client meetings, conceptual model creation, value engineering, coordination with Sertek engineering and production, as well as a heavy involvement in setting pricing structures for new items. The day-to-day responsibilities also included maintaining open lines of communication with our clients and distributors, working with multiple teams to accomplish tasks, as well as all of the typical responsibilities associated with B2B sales.

With my team, I design, innovate and manage intelligent 3D models of our full library of kitchen equipment, and communicate solutions throughout our entire design team. In this role I’ve been able to restructure our internal file structure and influence the workflow of our team. I’ve been able to change how design groups within our department communicate their needs in a more transparent way, so as to encourage compromise on projects that need to be shared.

Team lead for facilities management projects for Chick-Fil-A kitchens locations nationwide. I work with an excellent team to coordinate all kitchen design related items in order to insure operators needs are met. We’re able to do this bye finding innovative solutions to all facility related requests.

My role is at 3D Print Dimensions is to coordinate and lead the research, design, engineering and fabrication of products for a wide range of clients. I also have detailed knowledge of industrial additive manufacturing, and the science behind materials and processes. As a company we work with customers to design a better product that will fulfill the needs of the client and will reduce the long term cost of production. I also head up the technical sales division, and in this position, I build relationships with other companies to better serve them when they come to us for support when using our machines. This job has given me a strong understanding of industrial additive manufacturing and material development as well as the ability to lead a team to accomplish design projects.

Worked to design new companion products to fit within a range of target demographics among garbage disposal users. The job included user and product research, testing and concept development. Proof of concept was also demonstrated in the final model.

Worked to design a new concept vacuum to fit within a certain target market, for Emerson's wet/dry division. The job included user and market research, as well as a complete development of a finished prototype model.

The studio focused on pairing and existing product with a non-profit organization, to create a new sub-brand that promoted both. This included rebranding of the product, developing a target demographic, generating brand materials (graphics, logos, stationary, and company write ups), package design, and the development of a point of purchase display. This was done to experience the entire project of developing a brand and getting it to market.

I worked as a floor manager who's job was to interact with customers to improve their customer experience, while also working to coordinate workers to serve all the customers efficiently. I was also a buyer for the company, and maintained many of the sales accounts with other companies.
