As Publication Manager for the Research & Advisory Services Division of Marcus & Millichap, I oversee the production of research reports for all property types, markets and special topics for the firm across the U.S. As part of this role, I engage in production planning, editing, writing, data analysis, and novel research. I help guide a team of research analysts that are responsible for producing hundreds of written research pieces per year, covering more than eight property types and 50 markets across the country. My ultimate goal in this and every other capacity in which I have served Marcus & Millichap is to create insightful and informative research that helps commercial real estate investors make the best decisions for their investment goals.

I cover a range of markets and property types, including apartments, hotels, offices, and retail spaces in markets such as Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and New York. I am also the primary author of all self-storage and hospitality research nationally.

As a Research Analyst at the Brattle Group, I worked with project teams and senior experts to conduct complex economic and financial analyses relied on for commercial disputes or transactions in a variety of markets. I routinely conducted research and performed financial statement analysis, statistical analysis, and valuation. I also prepared written passages, figures and charts that presented complex concepts to general audiences. Common tools I employed were Excel, STATA and R, which I used to assemble, clean, and analyze economic, operational, and financial data.
